So bright and fresh. Highly recommend this salad dressing. I have used it all week on arugula with some pine nuts. So simple and I always pour on extra to enjoy with the rest of my meal. The taste is amazing! I could eat it by the spoonful! I only had normal garden mint, not spearmint and I used honey wholegrain mustard and having no maple syrup in my cupboard, I used some coconut nectar.
