I’ll be looking for ways to enhance the curry flavor. The red pepper flakes were fine but I wanted more curry flavor.

I wasn’t a huge fan of curry until I tried this recipe, and it’s absolutely delicious! Not too savory or sweet, and the vegetables cook perfectly. I never leave reviews- but I highly recommend!
