Made this using some cubes of squash and cranberries that I had previously frozen. I roasted the cranberries for 5 minutes. Their tang offsets the sweetness of the dressing and pecans. Happened to have all of the ingredients except wheat berries, so I used a wild rice blend. (Also I had plenty of time to cook while staying at home.) This dish will be a great candidate for cold-season potlucks.
