I was a little nervous about the capers as they can be overpowering but in this dish they just worked!

I didn’t measure anything but just used the recipe as guidance and it was perfect. I used a jar of passata with a can of diced tomatoes instead of the sauce, and a combination of marinated mixed olives and Moroccan black dried olives. So tasty!
