I had a hunch that the blueberry muffins and cauliflower soup from Love Real Food might make the list. The crispy potato wedges were a clear winner, and I’m happily surprised that you’re as crazy about my sunshine salad dressing as I am.

I’d never ever had cauliflower soup before I made your recipe this summer. It’s easily the best soup I’ve ever had and is totally my favourite light and healthy dinner with a side of biscuits. We absolutely adore the minestrone soup and I make it all the time. Also love the veggie tacos. Your cookbook has been our very favorite, with about 12 or 15 recipes we adore. The kale salad was a real discovery, massaging it with a bit of lemon juice and salt – wowzers, it is so good we make it very often. I’m now addicted to kale!! Thank you for all the wonderful recipes, keep doing what you’re doing!

I made your granola twice now, I use a bit less oil and walnuts. I was never a fan of coconut but the unsweetened flakes really are a fantastic addition and I’m so glad I tried it. Definitely a keeper for us.
