Wow, this is incredibly delicious, and so beautiful too! I wish I had thought to seed the cucumber before adding because all the floating seeds are visually weird but doesn’t detract from the flavor at all. What a wonderful cocktail, I can already tell this bottle of St Germain won’t last long

I tried this cocktail with vodka, New Amsterdam gin (lots of botanicals and just “a nod to juniper”), and Beefeater. Even though I’m usually not huge on gin, this particular gimlet tastes best, IMHO, with Beefeater.
