But they looked awful and were very difficult to cook as the batter was too dense. I followed the recipe exactly and used oat milk, and someone else in the comments had a similar problem. Definitely wouldn’t make these if I was going for a beautiful-looking presentation, but to make them for myself when I’m craving vegan pancakes? Absolutely!
