Slice it 1/2″ thick. I mash the avacado and add juice of 1/2 lemon, seas salt and fresh ground pepper. I always have plum tomatoes on hand and will chop one up, drizzle with evoo, and another splash of lemon juice and pinch of sea salt. I spread the toast with the mashed avacado, top that with the chopped seasoned tomatoes and add everything bagel seasoning to that. My everyday breakfast. I usually have fresh made salsa in the fridge, so sometimes top the avacado mash with that.
