Hi Alamrin, I suggest the recipe as written. But, you could try it. Just be sure to follow the lemon step in the milk as well.

This week my 10 year old had a zoom meeting with friends and the theme was to share their favorite baked good. My son knew immediately he wanted to make the apple muffins!
