I’ve adapted it so many times to the vegetables I had in my fridge (cauliflower + mushrooms are super good in this) and it’s always delicious and so quick+easy. I usually skip the red pepper flakes and just add some sriracha at the end. It’s also good topped with some hoisin sauce. Thanks Kate for another fool-proof, wonderful recipe <3
