The tofu turned out so well (I often am not the biggest tofu fan but loved it this time) and the sauce was great. I doubled the sauce and I ended up using some cold leftover sauce as a salad dressing and I highly recommend that! Really tasty.

It served four of us perfectly, and it was delicious. I pressed my tofu for about 40 minutes and it was incredibly crispy when it came out of the oven. The sauce ties the whole meal together. This will become a regular part of our dinner recipe rotation.
