I used honey as my sweetener and it was just sweet enough, as well as being just sour enough, nothing too overwhelming. Really great ingredients for this recipe We didn’t have any yogurt but that would have been a great addition.

Since I’m on a lowcarb diet, i used erythritol for sweetness. Then added a dash of cinnamon, a spash of vanilla and lwmon juice. I’ll serve it with my keto pancakes. Thanks for the recipe!
