I’ve craved it so many times since I first discovered it. I LOVE how the roasted eggplant falls apart in the sauce and the fresh basil is so good. I’ve been using the Rao’s marinara which makes it super quick and easy but one day when I’m feeling like spending a bit more time in the kitchen, I’ll try your marinara recipe :)
