We used to steam them and put butter and maple syrup on them – but you are right – they are delicious roasted! I added some sesame seeds and a bit of sesame oil – a nice flavor enhancement. (I especially loved the crispy little burnt leaves that had detached from the main sprout, so got extra roasted. I am going to try to make Brussels sprouts chips at some point.) Thank you for this simple and very tasty recipe!

I included them on the baking sheet while roasting carrots for your freekeh pilaf and garlic tahini sauce recipe.
