Hi Kate, My daughter asked me to buy her your cookbook as a Christmas gift. Then after tasting so many of your delicious recipes she bought me the book the following Christmas.
I went to make the Moroccan Butternut, Chickpea, and Couscous Stew for a friend and I. I didn’t have couscous so I used Whole Foods Super Grains(blend of organic white & red quinoa,millet & buckwheat).
Oh my gosh the soup was so delicious. I don’t think I will ever make it with couscous(sorry). I have made many of the recipes, all delicious!

Your website looks great but I will not be using it because of your Cookie policy. Many websites will allow the reader to opt out of Ad cookies with one click. Unless I am missing something yours requires far too much ‘opting out’ of numerous Ad services and there are no instructions about how to do that. It would take ages anyway and requires clicking on an Ad services website. As a sign of respect to your readers please change your cookie preferences service. Thanks, Mike
