My husband and I are big fans of yours and routinely make so many of your recipes. A few years ago I bought your book and each time I made a recipe, my husband would take a picture to send to his family which inspired his mom to buy your book and she loves it too. For these Best Stuffed Shells I used half ricotta and half cottage cheese, frozen chopped spinach, and Muir Glen roasted tomato sauce. I divided it into small aluminum containers for a multi-freezer meal result. My 3 year old also loved it so this will definitely be in our regular rotation. Thank you for always providing the pro-tips in your recipe notes section. I have come to rely on those.
